Deep, dark and slightly meaty, this is an extraordinarily powerful, structured and concentrated wine for the Hautes-Cotes-de-Beaune. Lots of elderberry and smoke aromas (think fall bonfires). Very compact, structured finish with a pronounced licorice note. Great drive. 90% whole cluster. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink from release.
