The 2024 Saint-Véran Cuvée Unique, which attained an impressive 13.4% natural alcohol, bursts with reductive aromas of pear, flowers, peach and iodine, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate that's layered and succulent. There's a real sense of depth and maturity here, which should make for very graceful evolution in the cellar.
